At LivAura, we are committed to delivering our natural stone furniture, architectural décor, garden features, and custom home products safely and efficiently to customers worldwide.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed and confirmed before production or shipment.

For in-stock products, order processing usually takes 3–7 business days.

For made-to-order, customized, or large-size products, production time may vary depending on the material, design, quantity, and customization requirements. The estimated production time will be confirmed before the order is finalized.


Shipping Methods

We offer international shipping by sea freight, air freight, or express courier depending on the product size, weight, destination, and customer requirements.

For large items such as stone furniture, gazebos, fountains, sculptures, paving tiles, railings, and planters, shipping is usually arranged by sea freight.

Smaller items or samples may be shipped by express courier when available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.

General estimated delivery time:

  • Express shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Air freight: 7–15 business days
  • Sea freight: 25–60 days, depending on destination port and customs clearance

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspection, port congestion, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


Packaging

We pay great attention to safe packaging, especially for natural stone, marble, travertine, fountains, sculptures, and other fragile products.

Depending on the product type, packaging may include:

  • Waterproof wrapping
  • Shock-resistant materials

Our goal is to ensure each product is well protected during international transportation.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local customs authority.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


Delivery Terms

Depending on the order and destination, we may offer different delivery terms, such as:

  • Door-to-door shipping when available

The final delivery terms will be confirmed before order payment.

For large furniture, architectural products, or project orders, please confirm unloading conditions and delivery access in advance.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide available tracking information, shipping documents, or freight updates.

For sea freight orders, tracking details may include vessel information, bill of lading details, or estimated arrival time.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged item or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution based on the situation.

Please do not discard the original packaging before the issue is resolved.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, LivAura is not responsible for additional shipping costs or delivery failure.

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
